Buttons are a very cheap and easy way to add an extra little something to your pages. Either through the traditional methods of sewing, gluing etc to a paper layout, they can also be used on layouts digitally.
Because we can easily accumulate so many of them - I find an easy way to sort them is by color. I purchased some very inexpensive glass jars at the local $2 shop and sorted them by colour into each jar, once i had done this i just stood them on a shelf in my studio, now they are easily grabbed to make a layout, and better still i don't have to search through a big pile just for a certain color, i just grab the appropriate jar and away I go.
