Check stores after the holidays when they are getting rid of holiday merchandise. I found adorable metal buckets at Walmart and paid .25 each for them!
$1 Store Pill boxes are great for storing small embellies.
Baskets, Baskets, Baskets! Again, check the dollar store.
Peg board isn't very expensive, and sometimes you can find pegs at the dollar store.
Another thing to check for at the Dollar Store is glass jars and bowls or plastic tupperware containers.
Check discount/overstock stores (Marshalls/TJ Maxx/Winners) for nice quality desktop organizers.
Keep hitting the sale and clearance racks and ask yourself, "What can I fit in this???"
A over-the-door shoe organizer works well for some scrappers also.
